You will now be guided step by step through the application process.

Please remember to specify several apartment numbers in case one of your favourites has already been reserved. Write down the property numbers of your favourites or save them as PDF files.

All applicants must ensure that they have an up-to-date (no older than two months) extract from the Debt Enforcement Register to hand, going back at least two years.

Please also prepare the following documents: a copy of your passport or ID card (even if you are a Swiss citizen), your residence permit and any SCHUFA information (if you have lived in Germany in the past two years).

Details of the applicant’s employer (or pension certificate and proof of assets) and current landlord (including contact name and telephone number) are also requested. This information will of course be treated confidentially and is provided on a voluntary basis. Please note, however, that complete applications will be given priority in the review process and will be considered for binding reservations. We hope you enjoy selecting your favourite apartment.
